Projects Administrator We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Projects Administrator . This is a critical role that serves as the "connective tissue" between our project management, estimating, and field teams. $58k– $62k per yr
Full-time, Permanent (In-person)
Monday– Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM– 1:30 PM (Early weekend start!)

Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with progress billing preparation and documentation
Assist Estimators with document preparation and bid closing duties
Track purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts
Maintain logs of project schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines
Maintain logs for all submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and approvals
Communicate with suppliers regarding lead times, order confirmations, and delivery dates
Serve as the central communication point between Project Managers, estimating, purchasing, accounting, and warehouse teams
Prepare agendas, notes, and follow‑ups for weekly project coordination meetings
Qualifications
Organization skills to handle schedules, timelines, and tasks effectively
Proficiency in Documentation, Record-Keeping, and Data Entry
2+ years of administrative experience ; 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience
Previous experience in project administration or a related field is an asset
Post-secondary education in business administration, project management, or a related discipline is an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Strong communication, problem-solving abilities
Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving skills
