Condominium Site Administrator (Toronto) This role involves assisting with administrative activities for condominium(s), handling notices, letters, resident/board correspondence, and providing efficient, accurate responses to inquiries and requests. Responsibilities
Prepare notices, letters and correspondence as needed Obtain mail and distribute it accordingly Obtain security reports and review for further investigation Book party rooms and collect money as per policy Book elevators for deliveries and move‑in/move‑outs Attend to resident inquiries and follow up in a timely mannerProvide status certificate request forms to owners Respond to emergency situations promptly Keep track of insurance certificate requests Maintain insurance records books for both vendors and unit owners Set up meetings for the board approval process Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of a high school diploma Exceptional time‑management, organization and problem‑solving skills Excellent interpersonal, phone and customer‑service skills Ability to establish strong relationships with owners, vendors and coworkers Proficient English speaking and writing skills Excellent computer skillsProactive recognition of problems and solutions Strong detail orientation Travel
Occasional travel to the head office is required. Compensation
$44,000 to $46,000 plus benefits. Benefits
