This temporary role focuses on providing hands-on personal care to enhance the lives of residents. As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you will help residents with daily routines, promoting independence and dignity. Key Responsibilities:• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities • Encourage independence through adaptive support and cues • Support bathing routines enhancing comfort and dignity • Work closely with Nursing/Restorative team to meet care goals • Document care processes accurately inelectronic records

Requirements:• PSW certification of 600+ hours • Registered with Health and Supportive Care Providers preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Experience in long-term care preferred • Willingness to follow safety procedures and training requirements
