Key Responsibilities:• Support bar and concession operations across multiple venues • Ensure staff readiness and event briefings for seamless service • Supervise event staff and manage customer interactions • Track product inventory and manage vendor coordination • Conduct post-event reporting and administrative documentation

Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality • Knowledge of POS systems and MS Office • Strong leadership and staff development skills • College Diploma in a related field preferred • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and travel between venues
