Full-Time Load Planner at TOTAL Transportation, Toronto

Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate with other dispatchers for shipment movement • Review bookings to plan inbound and outbound loads • Establish trips meeting customer delivery requirements • Maximize space utilization and optimize schedules • Communicate daily with long-distance drivers

Requirements:• Minimum 3 years in trucking or moving industry • Required: 8 years of load planner experience • Required: 8 years of truck dispatch experience • Preferred: 3 years of white-glove service experience • Preferred: French language proficiency
