The role supports the café operations within our retail stores. Responsibilities

Prepares and serves coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other café offerings in accordance with product standards. Ensures all beverages are prepared consistently, accurately, and presented beautifully. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas at all times.Operates espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment safely and efficiently. Restocks coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, lids, and other supplies as required. Greets clients warmly and provides exceptional, personalized service. Assists guests with menu selections and product knowledge, including coffee origins and beverage recommendations.Processes orders and payments accurately using the POS system. Monitors product quality and freshness throughout service. Assists team members in maintaining smooth café operations during busy periods. Follows food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times. Supports opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and equipment maintenance.Ideal Candidate

High School Diploma. 2–3 years of previous experience in a similar café or barista role. Solid knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso‑based beverages. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Measures of Success
