Position Summary
As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring support with plumbing parts, installations, and after‑sales service. This role requires strong technical knowledge of plumbing components, the ability to troubleshoot installation issues, and a customer‑first mindset to resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally.You will support both functional and decorative plumbing product lines, ensuring accurate guidance and timely issue resolution. Record and process inquiries received by mail, telephone and/or through personal customer contact. Research and obtain resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues. Qualifications
Strong knowledge of plumbing parts, systems, and installation processes. Experience supporting finished goods, including decorative plumbing products (faucets, fixtures, trims, etc.). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, parts breakdowns, and component diagrams. High level of commitment to exceptional customer service.Proven experience in developing innovative customer service initiatives. Ability to be tactful and diplomatic with customers. Consistently meeting deadlines within a fast‑paced work environment and working effectively within time constraints. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team‑based environment. Highly organized in prioritizing work and multitasking. Shift
Monday - Friday and working every other Saturday OR Tuesday to Saturday. Compensation
Salary: $50,000– $55,000 (Salary + 4% PSP) Employment Conditions
This position requires the result of a satisfactory criminal record check.
