Responsibilities

Prepares and serves coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other café offerings as per Holt Renfrew standards. Ensures all beverages are prepared consistently, accurately, and presented beautifully. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas at all times.Operates espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently. Restocks coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, lids, and other supplies as required. Greets clients warmly and provides exceptional, personalized service. Assists guests with menu selections and product knowledge, including coffee origins and beverage recommendations.Processes orders and payments accurately using the POS system. Monitors product quality and freshness throughout service. Assists team members in maintaining smooth café operations during busy periods. Follows food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times. Supports opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and equipment maintenance.Qualifications

High School Diploma. 2–3 years previous experience in a similar café or barista role. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso-based beverages. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a rapid‑paced environment. Measures of Success

Hiring Range /Échelle salariale à l’embauche: $17.60 - $25.25 / 17,60$ - 25,25$ (per hour / de l’heure). Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications, and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process. The range stated is the starting range for this position. Offers may vary with experience, qualifications, performance, and local market conditions.
