Job Summary We’re looking for crew members to join our team as Support Concierges! Exceptional front-line customer service, willing to go above and beyond for both fans and fellow crew members, possess a positive “can-do” attitude …rain or shine, the show must go on!
Job Functions
Provide accessible seating support to fans seated in accessible sections
Liaise with CSR team and/or Accessibility Coordinator to oversee accessible seating requests
Provide information and assistance to fans who require accommodations
Coordinating and providing wheelchair pickups and drop offs
Directing fans to quiet rooms, sharing information on resources available (Kulture City programs/tools/spaces, assisted listening, etc.)
Overseeing and monitoring fan use of quiet room, sensory bag rentals, and other accessible resources/features
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience in working live events or customer service strongly preferred
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
Knowledge of AODA standards an asset
Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, and occasional sitting
Able to safely push, pull, and maneuver guests in mobility devices (wheelchairs)
Able to work outdoors (rain or shine), among crowds and in a loud environment
A passion for live events!
Available for all events scheduled at Rogers Stadium this summer
All crew members must be 18 years of age or older.

Job Posting Compensation Range/Rate: $18.50 per hour.
