Position Overview Live Nation is seeking a Night of Show Customer Service Representative for Rogers Stadium. The role is seasonal, part‑time, paid hourly from April – October 2026, with event‑day hours and some additional business hours.
Job Functions
Monitor and respond to incoming calls on the Rogers Stadium main business phone line.
Provide information about products, services, permitted/prohibited items, and other venue‑relevant details.
Manage complaints/issues that arise pre‑ or post‑show.
Handle lost‑and‑found inquiries, track inventory, and respond to inquiries.
Monitor feedback surveys during daytime hours.
Liaise with the Guest Services team to resolve issues and provide solutions.
Oversee the distribution and redemption of future show certificates to Live Nation concerts.
Correspond with other departments to address guest questions and concerns promptly.
Coordinate accessible seating accommodations and identify guest needs in compliance with the AODA.
Monitor two verified social media accounts (Live Nation Ontario + Rogers Stadium) when necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least one year of customer service experience.
High level of written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use computer programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Professional interaction with clients, vendors, guests, and team members.
Experience with social media is an asset.
Detail‑oriented and a team player.
Music industry experience is a plus.
Fluency in French is an asset.
Availability for all events scheduled at Rogers Stadium this summer.
All crew members must be 18 years of age or older.
Job Posting Compensation Range/Rate: $22 per hour.
