This posting is intended to fill a current vacancy at Max Solutions. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production plans for manufacturing, considering factors such as customer orders, production capacity, and material availability Create and maintain a production schedule that maximizes efficiency and meets delivery timelines Analyze customer demand patterns, sales forecasts, and historical data to anticipate future folding carton requirementsCollaborate with sales and customer service to ensure accurate demand forecasting and proper inventory management Work closely with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials, such as paperboard, inks, adhesives, and coatings Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely material replenishment to avoid production delaysAllocate production resources based on production requirements and capacity constraints Optimize resource utilization to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency Monitor the progress of the production line, identify potential bottlenecks or issues, and take proactive measures to minimize disruptionsWork closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations Perform other duties as assigned Demonstrate a deliberate focus on Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Satisfaction Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in production planning, preferably in the packaging or printing industry Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and inventory control principles Proficient in using production planning software and tools. Experience with ERP systems Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, with experience using formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing prioritiesMax Solutions Canada is an Equal Opportunity Employer who is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
