is casually seeking a
VFX Production Coordinator
for upcoming episodic and feature film projects. In this role, you’ll be a central link between artists, supervisors, and production management, ensuring smooth communication, organized workflows, and timely delivery in a creative, people-first environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily production activities, supporting supervisors, producers, and artists.Track project milestones, shot progress, and delivery schedules using
ShotGrid (FLO)
and other tools. Manage dailies, take and distribute concise meeting notes, and maintain accurate production records. Maintain up-to-date calendars, schedules, and production documentation. Foster strong relationships with artists, supervisors, and department leads to ensure a productive and supportive work environment.Communicate effectively across teams and with clients, ensuring a timely and accurate information flow. Identify and address potential bottlenecks, proposing solutions to keep projects on track. Contribute to the refinement of production workflows and best practices. Skills&Qualifications 4+ years of experience with live action/VFX production pipelines ; proficiency in
ShotGrid (FLO)
and production tracking tools. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Understanding of the VFX creation process and project management methodologies. Proficiency with calendar management and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.Legal authorization to work for any studio in Canada and be a
resident of Ontario as of December 31, 2024 , ideally based in Toronto.
