Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily shelter operations and staff supervision • Enforce safety protocols and incident reporting • Facilitate intake, discharge, and client case management • Conduct team meetings for continuous improvement • Monitor documentation for compliance and quality
Requirements:• At least 3 years of supervisory experience • Relevant undergraduate education or equivalent • Strong background in youth homelessness support • Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and TSS needed • Proficient in administrative software and documentation
