Overview

Customer Service Rep– Remote (Travel Enthusiast, Bilingual: English / French). This remote role involves interacting with customers by telephone (inbound/outbound) and/or Internet to provide customer support and resolve routine questions about the client’s products and/or services. Provide customer support using a guide for call flow in the customer’s preferred language Sell hotels, flights, cars, and travel add-ons Build strong relationships with customers Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Offer additional products and/or services Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitudeQualifications

Fluent in French and English Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Minimum 1 year of GDS experience (preferred) Travel agency or sales experience is a plus Open availability High school diploma or equivalent Quiet, distraction-free home workspace Ability to multitask effectively Willingness to learn new technologiesStrong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge Desktop or laptop for testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position High-speed internet (no wireless hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone What We Offer
