Production Manager

to support our noodle manufacturing operations in Canada. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a management position while gaining hands-on experience in production operations, food safety, and team leadership within a supportive environment. Support day-to-day production operations at a noodle manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth workflow, product quality, and food safety standardsAssist in supervising and coordinating a small production team of approximately 20–30 employees, with guidance and training provided Help monitor production output and address basic operational issues on the production floor Participate in process improvement initiatives and learn production planning and team management practicesWork closely with senior staff and other departments to support inventory management, documentation, and operational efficiency Other duties as assigned 1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, food production, or a related field Experience in a supervisor or shift lead role is an asset, with the ability to step into a leadership positionAbility to supervise and communicate effectively with a small team in a production environment Forklift experience and/or valid forklift certification is considered an asset Available to attend training at Vancouver plant for up to a maximum of 3 months Flexibility to work changing shifts in the future, including early morning (5:30 AM– 2:00 PM) or afternoon (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) shifts as operations evolveActiv8 Recruitment&Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc.
