Key Responsibilities:• Deliver L2/L3 support for Windows Server Operating Systems • Manage complex project deployments and production support • Swiftly resolve urgent issues to mitigate downtime • Collaborate with various teams to find comprehensive solutions • Develop processes, procedures, and deliver presentations
Requirements:• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in support roles • Expertise in Windows Server installation, recovery, and upgrades • Familiarity with tools like SCCM and Dynatrace for deployment • Proficiency with ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNow • Excellent communication and organizational skills
