Key Responsibilities:• Thoroughly clean all facility spaces and equipment • Manage transportation of samples and supplies • Execute floor maintenance tasks regularly • Maintain the facility's exterior grounds effectively • Assist with basic repairs and maintenance duties

Requirements:• Must have completed High School • Experience in a related role is not necessary • Proficient communication skills in English • Must hold a valid G driver's license • Basic knowledge of tool handling and repairs
