Excel in HR data management as a dedicated Advisor. Process employee data accurately and enhance client relations through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
This full-time, 12-month opportunity emphasizes responding to HR data inquiries and managing transactions throughout the employee lifecycle. You’ll leverage your HR knowledge to ensure compliance while resolving both regular and complex data requests. A focus on quality, timelines, and operational effectiveness will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:• Champion a positive experience in HR data handling • Process employee data and ensure compliance with controls • Provide timely responses to inquiries related to HR data • Assess complexity and resolve standard data requests • Document and track transactions using case management systems
Requirements:• Proficiency in French (written and verbal) essential • Degree in Human Resources, Business or similar • Operational HR or shared services experience needed • Strong detail orientation for accurate transaction management • Ability to work with sensitive information confidentially
