We are seeking a Manager, Supply Chain– e-Procurement and Digital Solutions. You will work with and lead some of the highest‑performing teams in the industry, deliver exceptional client service, and develop your skill set while collaborating with outstanding professionals. The role supports procurement strategy, cost optimisation, source‑to‑pay performance improvement and broader business transformation.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead engagements, support practice development, and mentor junior staff within the Supply Chain&Operations team.

Develop procurement solutions and guide client strategy with expert knowledge of e‑procurement and digital procurement technologies, focusing on SAP Ariba and related procurement platforms (CLM, spend analytics, agentic AI platforms).

Lead the design, implementation and deployment of e‑procurement and digital business transformation projects for clients.

Provide business process design and functional expertise across all phases of technology implementation, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing and change management.

Support project leadership in business development and market growth initiatives.

Manage project financials, including budgeting, resource planning and daily client interactions.

Foster the development of digital procurement capabilities within EY’s Supply Chain practice.

Create a positive team environment and coach and support junior staff.

Assist senior leadership with practice development activities such as recruiting and training.

Help expand the Procurement Transformation practice across EY Canada.

Collaborate across EY service lines to identify and support business development opportunities.

Develop new solutions and innovative ways of working to advance EY’s innovation agenda.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Subject‑matter knowledge of digital procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, Jaggaer, agentic AI platforms, etc.

5–7+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience with blue‑chip organisations.

Functional/technical proficiency in full‑lifecycle delivery of business transformation projects.

Additional Ideal Experience

High level of motivation, strong work ethic and a self‑starting attitude.

Working knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management, or Procure‑to‑Pay processes.

What We Offer You

$5,000 per year in mental health support benefits.

Salary range: Toronto– $110,000 to $160,000.
