Proposal Coordinator, Transportation&Infrastructure, Toronto

Job Description Join our Transportation&Infrastructure team as a Proposal Coordinator and help shape winning strategies that secure projects improving communities across Canada. In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior managers and technical experts to deliver high-quality proposals for projects in water, urban planning, transportation, municipal engineering, and land development.

Your Impact

Develop proposal outlines and schedules, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and deadlines.

Coordinate contributions from multiple disciplines to create cohesive, compelling submissions.

Write and edit proposal sections, including executive summaries, project descriptions, and CVs.

Collaborate with graphic designers to integrate impactful visuals into proposals.

Maintain accurate records of proposals, wins, and losses through WSP’s information management systems.

The Skills That Set You Apart

5 years of experience in proposal development, ideally within engineering consulting or professional services.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and SharePoint Online is an asset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Strong writing and editing skills with an aptitude for technical terminology.

Flexibility to work overtime when required to meet critical deadlines.

Compensation BC, AB, SK, NWT&NU: $77 400 - $102 500

MB&ON: $70 600 - $97 200

Atlantic Provinces&QC: $69 900 - $92 900
