We are currently seeking an End User Support / Tech Bar Technician to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA). Position Overview
Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops / notebooks / printers Support walk‑up bar – assist users with all computer‑related issues, questions, requests Provide exceptional customer service Individuals here have a well‑rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work areaWork may require discretion and independent judgment for non‑routine matters. However, the primary focus of work activity is predominantly routine They may make policy recommendations to their managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructionsIdentifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action Update and resolve tickets in a timely manner to achieve Service Levels Bilingual mandatory (French and English) Requirements
2 – 4 years relevant experience High School Diploma or equivalent Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment Solid client service skills A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required Ability to physically perform general office requirementsMust be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations NTT DATA is an equal opportunity employer.
