Key Responsibilities:• Direct project teams from inception to close-out phases • Conduct work sessions for project deliverables • Monitor project financials and maintain budget adherence • Ensure compliance with quality control standards • Act as a mentor to guide junior project staff

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with P.Eng certification • Minimum 7 years related experience, with 2 years in project management • Expertise in MS Office Suite and project management software • Proven leadership and excellent communication skills • Strong commitment to HDR’s inclusive workplace culture
