Help drive financial success as a Financial Planning&Analysis Specialist at CDI located in Euclid. This full-time hybrid role combines budgeting, forecasting, and in-depth financial analysis.

In this position, reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be instrumental in developing budgets and evaluating financial performance against donor and organizational goals. Candidates must possess nonprofit experience, strong technical capabilities, and excellent analytical skills. You'll work collaboratively to present insights and improve financial reporting frameworks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead the budgeting process and create financial forecasts • Analyze financial variances and provide insights • Prepare reports for funders and management • Collaborate to refine reporting frameworks • Drive efficiency improvements in finance processes

Requirements:• Nonprofit or multi-funder environment experience • Expertise in budgeting and financial analysis • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel required • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar tools • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
