About This Opportunity The Production Coordinator is responsible for maintaining relationships with Coke Canada’s suppliers, ordering materials, overseeing inventory, analyzing data and trends, and working with cross‑functional teams to ensure that operations run smoothly. The Production Coordinator also assists the Production Supervisor with payroll and shift scheduling for the staff and handles all theother admin work needed.

Responsibilities

Reconcile/monitor inventory and raw materials; identify variances and resolve discrepancies.

Process payroll and scheduling.

Data maintenance in SAP, maintain shift reports, track production volume, line performance, and yield.

Facilitate, attend and document daily Short Interval Control (SIC) meetings and communicate actions to stakeholders.

Track sick calls, update rolling temp list and secure overtime replacements as required, based on seniority and skills.

Document and communicate crossover notes/crew talk details for incoming shifts.

Monitor and analyze production schedule and performance.

Troubleshoot breakdowns and perform root cause analysis.

Supervise production crew, manage employees, and schedule labor.

Support Total Productive Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance (TPM/AM) activity.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in engineering, science or business management.

1+ years relevant experience preferable.

Strong computer skills, including experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, mathematics, and high accuracy.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet target deadlines.

Work Details

Work Location– Toronto, ON. On‑site.

Shift/Hours– Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The full base salary range for this position is from $54,000– $65,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.
