Contract; immediate start and contract end October 30, 2026 Replacement Role Nestlé Canada Confectionery has an immediate opening for a Seasonal General Production to join the production team at our chocolate manufacturing plant, located in Toronto, Ontario. This is an 8-hour shift position and includes open availability and may include weekend work depending on business needs.Responsibilities

Perform general production jobs that may involve repetitive bending, pushing, twisting, pulling, lifting and machine operation. Complete cleaning duties, including cleaning equipment, the facility and washrooms. Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality policies, accident prevention and compliance programs.Maintain flexibility to work varied shifts; overtime may be required, including weekends. Adhere to plant quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices. Seek opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives. What will make you successful?

High school degree or equivalent required and will be verified if chosen as the successful candidate. Note: Credentials obtained outside of Canada require an evaluation to determine the Canadian educational equivalence. This evaluation must support the educational requirements for the position as a condition of employment.1 to 3 years of manufacturing/warehouse experience would be an asset. Computer knowledge. Able to understand and interpret the specifications and procedures related to this job. Be mechanically inclined. Ability to perform basic mathematics. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, safety and quality conscious; requiring minimal supervision.Understand safety, environmental and quality policies and actively promote safe and compliant practices in the workplace. Actively participate in continuous improvement activities (problem solving teams, training, shift handover meetings, to name a few). Work according to ISO 14001 Environment and OHSAS 18001 safety requirements.Maintain constructive relationships and demonstrate respect for everyone. Consistently provide ideas, opinions, or information in an articulate, professional way. Willingness and ability to adjust to changing conditions or priorities.
