Position Overview
Hybrid role requiring presence at the downtown Toronto office at least 2 days per week. Responsibilities
Production support of the IWS (Integrated Wires Systems) application. Handle complex problems independently and demonstrate analytical thinking. Understand the existing application flow with high accuracy and suggest a test plan during migration of the application to a newer platform. Provide technical support during QA and UAT phases.Prepare production implementation plans and provide post‑implementation support. Application knowledge of BESS would be an added advantage. Qualifications
Fundamental knowledge of HPE OS systems and their hardware. NonStop Pathway concepts, COBOL, SCOBOL, TAL (good to have). FUP, SCUP, DDL, Enform, Enscribe, SQL/MP, Escort (good to have). TACL scripting, Netbatch. Software Configuration Management (SCM) solutions for HPE NonStop servers, such as RMS and Primecode.MQ, Guardian utilities. BATCHCOM, setting up calendar jobs. OSS basics. Compensation
