40 hr/week
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM EST,
No weekend shifts available
Salary:
Hourly, $20 - $22.50/hr (based on experience)

Description
Public Outreach is looking for a rockstar to spearhead the management and efficient organization of our Toronto office and to provide virtual support for our offices across Canada! The successful candidate will work alongside our small but mighty admin&logistics team to ensure day-to-day Canadian operations run smoothly.

Overview Of Job Duties
Support day-to-day office coordination: meeting room prep, greeting visitors, receiving mail
Manage and triage a shared inbox, routing and responding to inquiries
Coordinate high-volume onboarding: sending and reviewing onboarding packages
Manage inventory and distribution of client materials: tracking, shipping, coordinating w/teams
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and internal trackers
Order and track office supplies and expenses
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications
Some payroll support: responding to basic inquiries, support at payroll deadline
Maintain and update employee and client databases
Prepare country-wide expense reports and submit them for approval
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist with occasional maintenance and facilities-related needs
Requirements
1-2 years of administrative experience, 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred
Passionate about spreadsheets and/or a fast learner who’s not afraid of Excel/Google Sheets
Intermediate-to-advanced understanding of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendars, Google Sheets, etc)
Solution-oriented problem solver
Excellent documentation and project-tracking skills
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent phone and email etiquette
Strong data entry skills with a record of high accuracy
Attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and strictly adhere to deadlines
Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a stressful working environment
Must be able to lift up to 20 kilos (essential functions include large package handling, arranging desks, etc.
