Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamic Full-Time Room Service Administrator who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do!About the role:The Room Service Administrator is an essential member of the Food&Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The individual will provide an enjoyable dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. They anticipate and service guests’ needs before being asked and are knowledgeable about all available menu options, beverage lists, daily specials and are able to provide vivid descriptions of each item. The Room Service Administrator takes guests’ In-Room Dining orders, communicates special requests to the Kitchen, coordinatesamenity delivery and orders according to Four Seasons Standards.What you will do:Taking Room Service orders according to Four Seasons Standards and using the Sequence of serviceUpselling skills, Food and Beverage knowledge is keyCoordinating amenity deliveriesCommunicate all special requests and allergies to the kitchenLiaise between guest, Room Service Managers, servers and kitchenWhat you will bring:College degree specializing in hotel/restaurant management is preferred.Minimum 2 years of previous experience in an F&B operation; hotel experience preferred but not required.Requires good knowledge of food&beverage service.Smart Serve certification is requiredRequires ability to comfortably operate computer equipment, Microsoft programs (Excel and Word), and other F&B computer systems (Micros, hotSOS, Opera)Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
