Role: Production Support Analyst( Unix, JCL, OpenShift, Stone branch, Shell Script) Contract Role Descriptions: Position Overview We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to join our operations team. The successful candidate will provide critical technical support for production environments| ensuring system stability and compliance with organizational standards. This role requires strong technical expertise across multiple platforms and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of service quality.Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain production systems across Unix| Windows| Mainframe| and containerized environments Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time| minimizing system downtime Support and manage Stone branch workflow automation and OpenShift containerized applications Execute and maintain SQL queries and database operations Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting and Python Respond to and resolve compliance and IT risk-related incidents Document issues| resolutions| and maintain knowledge base articles Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance Participate in on‑call rotation for production supportRequired Skills Experience Unix Linux Administration System management| troubleshooting| and optimization Windows Server Administration and support Workflow Orchestration Stone branch platform expertise Container Platforms OpenShift deployment and management Mainframe Systems JCL (Job Control Language) knowledge and mainframe operations Database Management SQL proficiency for querying and data management Scripting Shell scripting and Python development for automation Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration Compliance Risk Management Understanding of IT risk frameworks and compliance requirements Key Competencies Problem‑solving and analytical thinking Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong documentation skills Customer service orientation Attention to detail Proactive approach to compliance and risk mitigationQualifications 3 years of production support experience (preferred) Relevant certifications in Unix Linux| Windows| or cloud platforms (desired) Experience in regulated industries (banking| finance) a plus
