You will independently oversee civil litigation and collaborate with external counsel. Key Responsibilities:• Advise on employment and HR law compliance • Manage civil litigation and external counsel • Draft and interpret various legal documents • Develop HR policies and training materials • Foster collaborative relationships across departments
Requirements:• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) • Five or more years in corporate legal roles • Deep understanding of Canadian employment law • Excellent judgment and practical legal advice • Proficiency in both English and French
