As part of the HR Reporting team, you will work with the Manager of HR Reporting&Analytics on providing data-driven insights and solutions. Your responsibilities include managing technology platforms, addressing user issues, documenting requirements, and keeping abreast of HR tech trends to streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide thorough data analysis to support HR functions • Ensure compliance in report deployment within Power BI • Assist in documenting reporting needs and user roles • Resolve technical concerns escalated from Employee Services • Collaborate on updates and maintenance of HR reporting tools
Requirements:• Degree in Computer Science or Business • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI and SQL • Understanding of data governance frameworks • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
