As a Project Counsel within WSP, your role encompasses providing strategic legal guidance across all phases of infrastructure projects. You will interpret contracts, support compliance, and facilitate effective collaboration among project teams and external stakeholders. Your guidance will be essential for successful project execution and community impact.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide strategic legal input on infrastructure projects • Interpret contracts and respond to legal inquiries • Draft and negotiate complex project agreements • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders • Manage disputes and claims resolutions

Requirements:• Licensed to practice in a Canadian jurisdiction • 7+ years in infrastructure or commercial law • Skilled in managing multidisciplinary projects • Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian legal frameworks • Ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups
