Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Manager, Toronto

Transform supply chain operations as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Manager. Spearhead configuration, logistics support, and procurement process enhancements while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This role emphasizes managing functional design and operational workflows within D365 Supply Chain Management. You will serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective order fulfillment and inventory performance optimization. Key Responsibilities:• Streamline the order fulfillment cycle and warehouse operations • Configure shipping automation in D365 F&O• Define workflows for inbound and outbound logistics • Design EDI integrations with 3PLs and suppliers • Manage delivery backlog with development teams

Requirements:• 5+ years of ERP experience with D365 F&O• Hands-on experience in Procurement and Inventory Management • Proven background in D365 SCM implementations • Proficient in Data Management for interfaces • Strong ability to convey technical concepts clearly
