Requirements:• Diploma in Practical Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing • Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • 3+ years’ experience in a Geriatric setting • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records preferred • Effective communication skills in verbal and written form
