What You Will Accomplish with Us As a
Financial Solutions Consultant , you will be at the heart of our mission. Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a trusted financial resource for members of group retirement and savings plans by providing personalized financial advice.
Encouraging early engagement and increased contribution rates so members can fully benefit from employer matching and tax advantages.
Promoting the consolidation of external assets into group plans to simplify financial management and support asset growth.
Supporting members approaching retirement by helping them understand their retirement income options.
Assisting clients during key life events by providing basic financial guidance tailored to their situation.
Leveraging customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data to track engagement and identify targeted opportunities.
Collaborating closely with support teams to ensure operational efficiency and the successful delivery of special projects.
What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role We are looking for someone who:
Holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or any other relevant field.
Has at least two years of experience in financial advisory services, wealth management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
Is recognized for the ability to simplify complex financial concepts and make them accessible to a diverse client base.
Stands out for strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates a strong ability to build trust and manage a high volume of clients and interactions effectively.
Is known for autonomy, organizational skills, and a strong team spirit.
Has an
advanced
level of proficiency in English, as the role requires daily communication with internal stakeholders and English-speaking clients across Canada via email and phone.
Fluent in French both oral and written.
