As an Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP), you will bring your 7-12 years of HR experience to address employee concerns and influence critical leadership decisions. You’ll advise on complex matters like terminations and harassment, ensuring compliance with Apple’s policies and local employment laws. Investigating misconduct and implementing best practices will also be key parts of your role.

Key Responsibilities:• Identify and resolve complex employee relations issues • Guide leadership on critical employee relations decisions • Conduct investigations into employee misconduct • Develop workplace violence response plans • Provide training for HR and management teams

Requirements:• 7-12+ years of HR experience in employee relations • Strong investigative and documentation skills • Knowledge of employment regulations • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Working proficiency in English and French-Canadian
