The Network Administrator ensures the proper operation of the company’s IT infrastructure components. They ensure that system configurations meet business needs and align with the organization’s technological directions.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy and provide ongoing support for infrastructure components (SD-WAN routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, etc.)
Apply software patches to various systems, either manually or using automation tools (NinjaOne, Ansible, etc.)
Automate software and configuration deployments using device management platforms (MDM) and Group Policy Objects (GPO)
Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, with a focus on reliability and performance
Support the deployment and continuous improvement of the EDR solution
Configure, monitor, and test data backups using Veeam
Install, configure, test, and/or troubleshoot virtual machines on Nutanix and Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization
Ensure the maintenance and integrity of the Active Directory structure
Coordinate the resolution of technical issues with various vendors’ technical support centers
Work closely with the technical support team to ensure all members have the tools and knowledge required to respond to employee requests
Desired Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another relevant field
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Cisco networking equipment, UCS servers, Windows and Linux environments, backup technologies, VoIP, virtualization, and storage (SAN)
Customer-oriented approach
Strong communication skills and team spirit
High level of rigor and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English, orally and in writing; systems, tools, and interventions are in English
