We are seeking an experienced Product Manager specializing in collateral management to enhance our collateral platforms. The role necessitates 10+ years in financial services and a strong grasp of margin processes and regulatory compliance. You'll work with Front Office, Treasury, and Risk teams to implement scalable solutions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:• Analyze counterparty exposures across various portfolios • Calculate and validate Initial and Variation Margin • Investigate margin disputes and collateral shortfalls • Design collateral allocation strategies with Treasury • Maintain compliance with global regulations like UMR and Basel III/IV

Requirements:• 10+ years in collateral management or risk management • Knowledge of derivatives, repos, and securities lending • Familiarity with platforms like Acadia or Murex • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives
