Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Supply Chain Coordinator for a contract chance supporting a large-scale operational project for our client in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will play a critical part in both the deployment and ongoing sustainment of Detailed Time Entry (DTE) processes and systems. You will oversee daily time entry operations, support suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensure data accuracy and process consistency across multiple sites.Job Details

Project Support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support time entry processes, including contractor onboarding/offboarding, PR/PO workflows, and invoicing Support system integrations and process design by documenting site-specific requirements Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), log defects, and support go-live readinessAssist in developing training materials and delivering end-user training Provide updates on project progress, risks, and process improvements Daily Operations&System Management
Manage daily time entry activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Monitor system errors and provide troubleshooting support to users and suppliers Maintain system data integrity and enforce process compliance Support system enhancements, upgrades, and interface monitoring with IT teams Track vendor compliance with reporting timelines and correctionsSupplier&Stakeholder Support
Provide day-to-day support to suppliers and internal users in both French and English Train supplier timekeepers on time entry processes and system usage Support contractor onboarding and offboarding activities Assist business units with approvals, overrides, and issue resolution Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure consistent adoption of processesReporting&Continuous Improvement
Generate and monitor reports related to time entry discrepancies and compliance Identify trends such as recurring errors or inefficiencies and recommend improvements Support ongoing optimization of time entry processes and system functionality Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practicesQualifications and Skills
Experience in supply chain, system coordination, or enterprise process support Hands‑on experience with transactional or enterprise systems Exposure to contractor onboarding, PR/PO processes, invoicing, or time entry systems Experience with MyTrack or similar tools is an asset Experience with system integrations, UAT, and defect trackingProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an asset Comfortable training and supporting users in both languages Strong organizational and coordination skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Detail‑oriented with a focus on data quality and process complianceAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
