Full-Time Indigenous Community Support Worker, Airdrie

In this position based in Airdrie, Alberta, your efforts will help clients with disabilities achieve personal goals and enhance their quality of life. You’ll provide hands-on support with daily tasks, medication management, and social activities, ensuring clients feel valued and respected.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist clients with everyday living skills and hygiene • Help with medication reminders and administration • Facilitate meal preparation and housekeeping chores • Support clients with mobility and transportation needs • Report health observations to supervisors

Requirements:• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent • Certification in First Aid and CPR is required • Valid Class 5 driver’s license necessary • Preferred experience in caregiving or disability services • Exceptional communication and empathy skills needed
