Overview

Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty and convenience services in your community, and keep the customer at the centre of everything you do. The Front Store Manager (FSM) is responsible for managing the overall Front Store’s performance. The Front Store includes all areas of the store, including cosmetics, excluding Pharmacy.Duties&Responsibilities

Maintain store standards to optimize customer experience, drive traffic, and positively impact profitability. Work with the Management Team to ensure store standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom. Manage labour scheduling and use Workforce Management (WFM) to maximise labour productivity and staffing levels.Comply with Human Resources standards, hire and support hiring for all departments (excluding Pharmacy), conduct probationary and annual performance reviews, and coach staff through ongoing action plans. Drive Blue Culture, engagement, and lead staff through core values. Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and address discrepancies using the FSM Monitoring Report; meet period, quarterly and annual targets.Set individual department goals, develop and execute strategies to improve business efficiency. Qualifications

Planning, judgement, and decision‑making skills for inventory management and expense control. Effective leadership, mentorship, and staff development. Time‑management, prioritisation, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal, coaching and communication skills. Business and financial acumen; relationship building withinternal and external agencies.Experience

Previous retail management experience for a minimum of five years. Demonstrated ability to drive the business, lead by example, and support corporate programmes. Benefits

Hiring range: $52,000.00 - $66,500.00 per year. Pay may be adjusted based on experience and geographical region.
