Skidsteer Operator - Class 1 Driver, Olds

TruGreen Metal seeks a skilled Skidsteer Operator in Olds, Alberta. Your expertise will ensure safe equipment operation while delivering top-notch service in scrap metal recycling.

As a key player within TruGreen Metal, you will begin with Class 1 driving for up to six months before transitioning into the Skidsteer Operator role. Your responsibilities encompass the safe operation of skid steer equipment, sorting scrap at various sites while assisting with project coordination. The role combines fieldwork and hands-on tasks, where your skills will directly contribute to our customers' satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities:• Operate skid steer safely to load and sort scrap • Load materials into bins and transport trucks • Assist with on-site material management • Communicate effectively with drivers and dispatch • Maintain safe and organized work areas

Requirements:• Minimum 2 years Class 1 A driving experience • Previous skid steer and excavator operation experience • Ability to lift 50lbs or more • Valid Class 1 drivers license with clean abstract • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
