Customer Service Representative (Airdrie)

Airdrie Paint and Blinds is an independently owned high‑end paint and design store dedicated to ensuring all customers receive excellent customer service and expert advice for their home projects. Responsibilities

Assist walk‑in retail customers and contractors with paint and supply needs and provide knowledgeable advice. Multitask efficiently, lifting, carrying, and moving paint, blinds, and supplies on a day‑to‑day basis. Tint paint, take orders, and process sales consistently and accurately. Perform custom colour matches, including seeing undertones and reading colours carefully.Maintain an inviting workplace by merchandising, tidying, dusting, and facing stock regularly. Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles as needed. Support management with opening and closing duties as assigned. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.Lift paint cans, five‑gallon pales, and unload skins of paint daily. Provide assistance most weekends and work flexible hours Monday through Friday and weekdays as scheduled. Qualifications

Passion for people and a mature, positive outlook. Excellent sales and service behavior in all interactions with customers, associates, and management. Colour knowledge and previous paint experience are assets but not mandatory. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive handling of customer concerns and prioritizing multiple tasks.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficient computer skills. Ability to complete tasks with accuracy, proficiency, and effectiveness. Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Availability to work flexible hours and most weekends. Job Type: Part‑Time | Location: In‑person | Pay: $15.00‑$18.00 per hour
