Service Advisor Opportunity in Olds, AB

This position reports to the Service Manager and is crucial for providing stellar customer service. You will engage with clients to understand their vehicle issues and convert that information into actionable tasks for technicians. Attention to detail and maintaining customer records are key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver excellent customer service from the moment of vehicle intake • Respond to phone and walk-up customer inquiries efficiently • Assess and diagnose vehicle conditions based on customer input • Create clear work orders for technicians based on diagnoses • Manage parts orders andverify their delivery to shop personnel

Requirements:• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving history • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Experience as a Service Advisor is desirable • Familiarity with DMS, particularly PBS, is an asset • Strong communication and detail-oriented skills
