Elevate guest experiences as a proactive Front Desk Manager. Supervise operations, manage staff, and negotiate client arrangements while working on-site without remote options.
This role focuses on supervising front desk staff to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will conduct regular performance reviews, negotiate usage agreements with clients, and efficiently address customer complaints. Assisting guests with special needs and establishing work schedules while maintaining a well-organized inventory are key operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:• Oversee front desk staff and service quality • Conduct staff performance reviews consistently • Negotiate client agreements for facility access • Address and resolve customer complaints • Organize and maintain operational inventory
Requirements:• 1-2 years of experience in guest services • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience • Strong focus on client satisfaction • Initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced setting • Ability to facilitate teamwork and collaboration
