Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR)– Seasonal We are hiring full‑time seasonal bilingual customer service representatives to support our RV rental operations. Location: Airdrie, Alberta. Seasonal period: April 2026 – September 2026.

Job Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

Provide RV rental information and guidance.

Walk customers through paperwork at pick‑up and drop‑off.

Demonstrate RV features (truck campers and motorhomes) at pick‑up.

Check in returning RVs and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications&Skills

Fluent in English and German or Dutch.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Reliable, punctual, and hard‑working.

Energetic and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Friendly, outgoing personality and comfortable working with an international clientele.

Able to work weekends and in a fast‑paced environment.

Team‑oriented, with a desire to help make customers’ vacation dreams come true.
