National Service Support Specialist Position, Airdrie

Enhance service operations and training with Fraserway RV as a National Service Support Lead. This dynamic role focuses on supporting Service Advisors to maintain consistency and effectively manage service operations nationwide.

In this impactful position, you will lead onboarding, develop essential training programs, and drive uniformity in service standards across our dealership network. You'll also assist during staffing shortages and peak periods, ensuring service continuity and excellent customer interactions. Your efforts will significantly improve advisor performance and overall service delivery throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:• Onboard and train Service Advisors for operational success • Support the development of service training materials • Coach advisors on systems and workflows for efficiency • Maintain high service standards and work order integrity • Stabilize services during crisis situations with on-site support

Requirements:• High school diploma or GED required • 1 year of experience in customer service positions • Knowledge of service processes and communication • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Valid driver’s license and adaptable to travel
