Under supervision, ensure project profit objectives and targets are met, managing cash flow and margins to maximize performance, in line with Group processes.Key Deliverables and Responsibilities Assist with the commercial functions within projects or offices. Implement company commercial practices. Understand basic commercial principles. Assist with the management and reporting of monthly costs. Assist with the preparation and management of simple subcontracts.Prepare and file records. Assist with interim applications and final accounts from first principles. Assist with valuing and pricing variations. Communicate clearly and confidently to a professional standard. Successful candidates will be required to apply to our preferred provider for the apprenticeship route selected.Entry Grades Standard entry requirements UCAS Tariff: 96 Scottish Higher: BBCC or equivalent Foundation Apprenticeships We accept selected Foundation Apprenticeships, combined with SQA Highers, as equivalent to our standard entry requirements. Modern Apprenticeships If you have completed a Modern Apprenticeship at SCQF level 6 in a relevant discipline, this is equivalent to two Highers at B.Entry Requirements Applicants must meet the following criteria: Be eligible to work in the UK with a valid work permit.
