Strategic Employer Liaison Position, Airdrie

Shape the future of employment placements as an Employer Liaison with Prospect in Airdrie. Engage in business development and provide employment support to help underrepresented candidates secure suitable jobs.

In this full-time role, you will collaborate with Career Advisors to find job opportunities and conduct comprehensive outreach to potential employers. Assessments of job sites and participant needs will aid in creating effective placements. You'll also be involved in organizing impactful job fairs and ensuring accurate reporting within the CRM.

Key Responsibilities:• Partner with Career Advisors to identify job placements • Outreach to employers for partnership opportunities • Analyze job site compatibility with client profiles • Coordinate job fair logistics and marketing • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Requirements:• Preferred post-secondary education • Relevant experience in recruitment and business development • Excellent communication abilities • Familiarity with Alberta's job market trends • Required driver’s license and a clean background check
