Training programs are available to help you build the necessary skills for effective support.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist clients in engaging in meaningful daily activities • Collaborate to implement individual support plans • Create an inclusive environment using diverse communication • Monitor health and safety, addressing issues promptly • Maintain a clean and supportive environment

Requirements:• Completion of Grade 12, GED, or equivalent • 1 year of related experience preferred • Must obtain First Aid/CPR Level C • Class 5 driver's license and reliable transport required • Strong communication and tech skills necessary
